No. We don’t charge any extra charge for becoming a Retailer or Distributor, there is also no secured Deposit.
How will the tax amount be calculated?
The service tax will be 12.36% of the applicable TDR.
For example: If your transaction amount is Rs 100.00 and your TDR is 7% then the service tax would be levied on Rs. 7.00 only at the rate of 12.36%, which amounts to 73 paisa only. Taxes can change without prior intimation if the Government implements changes in the taxation.
What are the Liabilities involved?
Liabilities such as natural calamities, unexpected strikes or acts of public, actions by Government authorities, virus attacks etc. are a possibility. For things that are beyond our control, Ezeecharge is not liable and takes no responsibility whatsoever.
Will the Unused Balances expire?
Ezeecharge reserves the rights to expire your unused Balance if it is not used within 3 months from the date of recharge/top-up.
How can I claim a refund?
All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Ezeecharge shall not be held responsible for customer errors such as entering wrong mobile number/credentials, swapped data packs, mistaken recharge plans, etc.
However, in case of a transaction being completed by you on the Site, and the money has been deducted by your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction, then you may inform us by sending us an email on helpdesk@Ezeecharge.com or posting us a message on the Contact Us page regarding the same. We request you to include in the email the following details for such a refund: the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. Ezeecharge shall investigate the incident and if found that the money was indeed deducted from your card or bank account without the delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
